what do you think of when you think of addiction? first thought….

prollly drugs in the buyer/supplier relation…

however… could it be that addiction has a wider scope than that?

could it be that addiction is civilization itself….

or stated differently

is the purpose of civilization…. addiction

in that we build up ourselves together till we destroy ourselves…

then start all over again…

thinking we learned something….

yet do not remember

because the pollution

destroys us together as a body

because we destroy it….

because we carried it to long…

we die spiritually

willing to “give up” on it all

destroying all hope… all love…

flying for our life

we together embrace each other in “the end”

together…. forever

from what WE lost….

Ponerogenesis is enabled and Pathocracy is born.

what tree did we eat from?

God Bless you today as you learn to choose!

No matter how eloquently and accurately authors (novelists, dramatists, poets, historians) describe the occurrence of evil, a disease cannot be cured through description alone. Our natural language cannot adequately explain the concepts surrounding such phenomena. Only a scientific understanding drawing from psychological, social, and moral concepts can approach the understanding necessary to prevent the emergence of mass madness seen so many times in the history of our planet.

Ponerology describes the genesis, existence, and spread of the macrosocial disease called evil. Its causes are traceable and can be repeatedly observed and analyzed. When humanity manages to incorporate this knowledge into its natural worldview, it will have defensive potential as yet unrealized

My hope is that the reader will gain not only knowledge of this diabolical technique but also gain effective tools of response to combat pervasive psychological warfare perpetrated by those who wish to control them and do them significant  harm.

Gaslighting” is clinically defined as “intimidation or psychological abuse in which false information is deliberately presented to the victim, making them doubt their own memory and/or perception of an event or events.” The most diabolical and deceitful personalities use this tactic in their daily lives to get their way and avoid responsibility at the expense and to the detriment of their victims. Power relationships are hot-beds, if you will, for this out-right evil tool of hidden manipulation which thrives on the aggressor dominating and asserting power, coupled with the victim acquiescing to their demands and giving them power. Although, traditionally seen in male/female romantic relationships, Gaslighting can, and often does occur in parent-to-child relationships with mothers the common perpetrators.  Additionally, this dynamic can be found in female-to-female relationships often described as “frenemy” (of frienemy, if you prefer) relationships in which the self-professed Alpha female dominates all others for personal gain. Something akin to the movie Mean Girls likely just sprung to mind which is a somewhat accurate example of the dynamic that exists in such power relationships.

Where did we acquire the term Gaslighting Effect? From the 1944 movie,Gaslight, starring Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman in which Boyer’s character tries to drive “insane” his wife played by Bergman. Relative to nothing, it should be noted that this version of the film was a remake of the 1940 film of the same name starring Anton Walbrook and Diana Wynyard. The original film was an adaptation of the play “Gas Light” written in 1938 by Patrick Hamilton. Personally, I believe the later version of the film with Boyer and Bergman tells a better story and better defines the hidden manipulative behavior in question than the original film. I strongly recommend to the reader that if you have not seen the film, then go now – after you finish reading this, of course – and rent it from Netflix for a better understanding of the behavior in action.

Enough background!” you say? “What exactly is Gaslighting? What does the tactic entail?” My hope for the reader in this next section is that it elicits at least one, if not many, “Eureka!” moments as perhaps each of you recognize that you are in one or more of these power relationships and that, no, youaren’t crazy! The gaslighter’s over all goal is to modify evidence then falsify information for the purpose of making their intended target(s) question their own recollection, memory, analysis, and perception of events and/or behaviors. In other words, they reject reality and substitute it with their own for personal gain and entertainment. In short, they enjoy inflicting psychological pain onto others and will stop at nothing to psychologically abuse their targets in order to get their own way. So what is it that they do?  The primary behaviors are listed as follows:

  • Deny existence of an event even when presented with evidence (Denial);
  • Deliberately block their victims from source data (Compartmentalizing);
  • Deny behaviors by immediately putting their targets on the defensive (Deflection);
  • Insist that their targets are imagining things (Chronic Invalidation);
  • Shame their targets for expressing very real hurts (Minimization);
  • Insist that others are the source of their poor choices (Blaming);
  • Mentally abuse their targets with criticism veiled as “advice” (Depreciation);
  • (Usually) must have the last word (again, Chronic Invalidation);
  • Force agreement by their targets to accept their false reality (Domination);
  • Engage in gossip in order to hurt and control their targets (Humiliation);
  • Has the ability to “sell ice to an Eskimo” meaning that they are persistent and manipulative enough to convince someone to invest in something that they could receive for free (Insincerity).

The above described behaviors are perpetrated in concert and incessantly by ambient abusers, always. At their very core, those who Gaslight others are accomplished con artists who know how to select, isolate, and then stealthily psychologically abuse their targets into submission for their own personal gain. Gaslighters are bullies who often hide behind a good-guy (or girl) persona and have no hesitation about portraying themselves as a “victim” to be pitied for the purpose of maintaining control over others. They are utterly anti-social as evidenced by their persistent choices in violating the rights of others. They are never to be trusted. Let me be perfectly clear before I go any further that within a parent-to-child gaslighting dynamic the child has little choice but to comply with their ambient abuser so the term “enabling” does not apply in that context.  However, within peer-to-peer relationships, enabling drives the behavior forward and does nothing to stop the relentless abuse.

Ambient abusers are classic nit-pickers who redirect attention away from their own abusive behavior by engaging in insidious forms of abuse that are not clearly recognizable by the general public as abusive behavior.

For example, ambient abusers often publicly shame their targets for insignificant errors as a deflective tactic to keep others from looking at the abuser’s behavior.

All that is needed for the abuser to continue without consequence is the buy-in and silence of those who know the truth and yet say nothing.

What Was the Original Language of the Bible?

is language of binary…. a dead language(meaning we rarely or do not “use” it..)

Genesis 3:9

But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?”

He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”

God asked, “Adam, where are you?” Where was Adam? He was hiding from God. Adam’s sin had destroyed his fellowship with the Lord. God knew this, and He was pointing it out to Adam. It is a question we need to ask of ourselves. Where am I? Am I in fellowship with God or in rebellion against Him?

Matthew 5:37

All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.

“The practical value of our natural world view generally ends where psychopathology begins.” (Lobaczewski, 145)

Binary (Yes/No) Question Principle

Any unanswered question asked in the scriptures with two possible answers (normally yes and no), has the answer in one word symbolic thread, being the opposite of the answer in the literal or straight symbolic meaning, the event symbolism.

In other words both answers are true in either the literal or the symbolic meaning (or both).

Stephen explains this principle just before he gets a vision of heaven saying…

35 This Moses, whom they disowned, saying, ‘Who appointed you ruler and judge?’ this man God sent off as both ruler and deliverer by the hand of the angel that appeared to him in the thornbush (Acts 7).

The rhetorical question has the answer: Nobody. But the greater fulfilment has the answer given to us by Stephen, namely: Jehovah himself. The bible is a maximal meaning book. A question creates an ambiguity and no ambiguity in scripture is an oversight. So a binary question which is unanswered in the account takes both answers, one in the literal thread and the other in a word symbolic thread.

Take for example the great words of Nicodemus, a man whose love exceeded his pride:

4 Nicodemus said to him: How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter into the womb of his mother a second time and be born, can he? (John 3)

Well literally, no, of course he cannot. But symbolically, yes, that is precisely how one is born again. Born from the womb of his heavenly mother, God’s wife, the holy spirit. Born as an angel.

6 What has been born from the flesh is flesh, and what has been born from the spirit is spirit (John 3).

What has been born from fleshly women is men and what has been born from the spirit woman, the holy spirit, is angels. When you are born again, God creates an angel in heaven through his wife, the holy spirit for you, Amen. See – How is one born again, and see – The Trinity is just God’s family.

That is the level of beauty that you will see if you are pure in heart and if your love exceeds your pride. Look how Nicodemus was repaid for one act of faith. It was enough. But his works did not stop there:

39 Nicodemus also, the man that came to him in the night the first time, came bringing a roll of myrrh and aloes, about 100 pounds [of it].
40 So they took the body of Jesus and bound it up with bandages with the spices, just the way the Jews have the custom of preparing for burial (John 19)

Why was it 100 (Roman) pounds? We presently think these are 90 months of Laodicea from 2005Iyyar30 to 2012Heshvan30 plus 10 months of the LWs from 2016Nisan14 to 2016Shebat14 – making 100 months. This is a numerical symbolism – see the Numerical Principle. We know that Nicodemus was born again, because we know something about God’s love, we would be blind if we could not see the love of Nicodemus. Which brings us nicely to another Binary (Yes/No) Question:

50 Nicodemus, who had come to him previously, and who was one of them, said to them:
51 Our law does not judge a man unless first it has heard from him and come to know what he is doing, does it?
52 In answer they said to him: You are not also out of Galilee, are you? Search and see that no prophet is to be raised up out of Galilee (John 7).

No Nicodemus was not out of Galilee (precious few Pharisees were). But the antitypical Nicodemus is out of the antitypical Galilee.

2 But John, having heard in jail about the works of the Christ, sent by means of his own disciples
3 and said to him: Are you the Coming one, or are we to expect a different one? (Matthew 11)

19 So John summoned a certain two of his disciples and sent them to the Lord to say: Are you the Coming one or are we to expect a different one? (Luke 7).

In the literal meaning, yes Jesus was the ‘coming one’, in the sense that he was the one prophesied as coming to restore Israel. But in the greater meaning, there will be several different ones.

5 For instance, which is easier, to say: Your sins are forgiven, or to say: Get up and walk? (Matthew 9)

9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic: Your sins are forgiven, or to say: Get up and pick up your bed and walk? (Mark 2)

Obviously the former. But in the greater meaning they are both the same thing because:

‘Get up’ is the baptism into the name of the father Abraham, the bath of the flesh, the water baptism, the forgiveness of sins in the past, giving one a clean standing before God.

‘Pick up your bed’ is: Have a resurrection into the kingdom of God. This is the finishing of the water baptism, the righteous decree in the flesh, the free gift of citizenship of the Kingdom of God, the forgiveness of all sins up to Armageddon, the granting of the entrance Visa through the ambassador Abraham.

‘Walk’ is the baptism into the name of Jesus, or Paul or Gordon etc, the sanctification in holy spirit, being born again, the forgiveness of all sins until time indefinite, the walking before God with a clean conscience, the creation of an angelic son of God, the entrance into the holy family of God, through a covenant mediated by a mediator.

33 Who will file accusation against God’s chosen ones? God is the One who declares [them] righteous (Romans 8).

In the literal meaning no one. In the greater meaning Gordon! See [‘The Faithful and Discreet Slave cut in two’]

And Pilate enquired of Jesus:  Are you the king of the Jews? (Mark 15:2).

Literally, no, he wasn’t at that time. Symbolically, yes, in 1914Tishri, – see [121], [123], he became the vassal king of God over the true human seed of Isaac, the true church, the Jews of that time, who were all of those in the 3EC, the 3rd Elijah Covenant of Russell, which was a subcovenant of the ICC, the Isaaic Church covenant – see [9]. Most of these were New Covenant Saints. He alluded to this in his answer:

36 Jesus answered: My kingdom is no part of this world. If my kingdom were part of this world, my attendants would have fought that I should not be delivered up to the Jews. But, as it is, my kingdom is not from this source (John 18).

38 So Pharaoh said to his servants: Can another man be found like this one in whom the spirit of God is? (Genesis 41)

Literally no, Joseph was unique. But in the greater meaning, yes, it’s there will be another Joseph.

31 Still, many of the crowd put faith in him; and they commenced saying: When the Christ arrives, he will not perform more signs than this man has performed, will he? (John 7)

Literally no because of course Jesus was the Christ that the Jew had been waiting for. But when Jesus comes again in Kingdom power, in the body of his wife, to separate the sheep from the goats, he will actually do more signs than were done in his ministry to the Jews.

But the largest scriptural example of a Binary Question comes from Paul…

28 And God has set the respective ones in the congregation, first, apostles; second, prophets; 3rd, teachers; then powerful works; then gifts of healings; helpful services, abilities to direct, different tongues.
29 Not all are apostles, are they?
Not all are prophets, are they?
Not all are teachers, are they?
Not all perform powerful works, do they?
30 Not all have gifts of healings, do they?
Not all speak in tongues, do they?
Not all are translators, are they?
31 But keep zealously seeking the greater gifts. And yet I show you a surpassing way (1 Corinthians 12).

There will be a time, in fact a period of 7x perhaps, in the last true church when all of us take all the positions that Paul refers to!

Here is another binary question…

23 Then Abraham approached and began to say: Will you really sweep away the righteous with the wicked? [Binary question. Literally no. Word symbolically yes. Abraham negotiates for the righteous ones who miss the ark. They are therefore swept away with the wicked ones, but then are resurrected into the kingdom]

. Defense mechanisms of certain types appeared to render many people tragically and intractably committed to problem-based approaches and averse to constructive thinking to such an extent that, despite the investment of enormous energy in promoting the application of solution-focused methods in a wide range of areas, they nonetheless succeeded only in some concrete limited cases in certain contexts. And meanwhile, many of the world’s greatest ills were not only not being addressed, but were, in numerous cases, getting worse.

Adam Smith was later to develop this new variant into a broader system of free-market capitalism, which aimed “to ensure that government set the conditions for free markets to operate, and prevent the evil genius of mercantilism sliding toward monopoly”. As this formidable process unfolded, Linklater adds, “All those who might have challenged the solitary male owner’s right to exclusive possession of the land were sidelined.”

If not, then “without that moral basis, a private property society is inherently unstable” and eventually, as has happended so often, “the resentment of the many despoiled have-nots will coincide with the ambitions of a sufficiently large number of have-not-enoughs to create a more or less viable democratic uprising.” Many would argue that a reassessment of the Lockean private property revolution need go no further than considering his famous proviso. Having argued that ‘mixing labour with nature’ creates private property, Locke says that this clever conjuring trick is legitimate only if there is “enough and as good left in common for others”. This certainly is not the case today: but as Linklater acknowledges, it had already become impracticable even in colonial America by the early eighteenth century

But the obvious problem is that those left outside the landowning club tend also to get left out of the democracy.

GOD made the earth …. and we treat the earth like we did Jesus…in civilization

Genesis 1:26 “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Genesis 2:15 “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and keep it.”

Proverbs 27:18 “Whoever tends a fig tree will eat its fruit, and he who guards his master will be honored.”

Numbers 35:33“You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.”

Psalm 24:1 “A Psalm of David. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein.”

Revelation 11:18 “The nations raged, but your wrath came, and the time for the dead to be judged, and for rewarding your servants, the prophets and saints, and those who fear your name, both small and great, and for destroying the destroyers of the earth.”

The Love Story

The restoration gospel is really the Love Story. It’s the story of saints who followed the Lord wherever He went. A fourteen year-old lad one day went against the grain of every preacher in New England. His heart was pure and clean. Preserved for the Bridegroom. And that same story is worth telling today. The Love Story is to be repeated to the world.

The Song of Solomon is an “endtime” book.

“…I am my beloved’s, and his desire is toward me.” –Song of Solomon 7:10

The book really speaks of the fruit of the Spirit ripening in the believer’s life. That, more than God’s love for Israel, is its theme. The language is metaphoric, filled with passion, sentiment and deep feeling. It’s a love story.

It’s a love story turning sensuality in upon our spiritual senses. It’s the passionate love Christ has for a maturing believer. And the only appropriate language that can possibly describe his love is—lover’s language filled with passion.

…My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the bed of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies. I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine; he feedeth among the lilies. Thou art beautiful, O my love…” –Solomon’s Song 6:2,3

The bridegroom has come looking for his bride, and has found her in the garden. There’s coming a day, saints, when our offspring will convince this world—the bride and bridegroom are so in love. It shows in the children they reproduce.

That’s evangelism this world is yet to see. But it shall. I believe, in our lifetime.

armed with “cassettes” of light, salt, truth, love

would you rescue(save) your lover….
